Finding a Property by Your Criteria - We are NOT a real estate agency, but we partner with many agencies and municipalities in different cities on the island. That is why we offer ONLY online property search based on specific parameters set in advance by you (you receive a Questionnaire, thanks to which we will clarify the ideal property for you).

This service includes::

  • Phone verification of 10 listings and contact with the real estate agency to make sure the listings are up-to-date and real.

  • Personal on-site visit to 3 of these 10 listings (you choose which ones).

  • Providing photos and videos of the selected properties, analysis of their pros and cons.

This way you will save time and money from having to travel to Sicily yourself and personally organize viewings!
